If the people of the Phillipines don't want Blackwater there, then evict them. They have a military for a reason. I think that if any country doesn't want us, or any of our contractors, in their territory, then we shouldn't be there, unless, of course, there's an actual war, by which I mean that we are actually invading the country. That, however, shouldn't happen unless the government of that country is attacking us.

I certainly hope the scenario you posit does reflect the real-world conditions on the ground. Nonetheless, that should be so, yeah. The U.S. military was also being allowed to join combat operations, despite denials from both the Phil. govt. and American embassy, w/c is in flagrant violation of the country's constitution.
