Hey the chords are basically the same in both the verse and chorus: Dm, Bb Maj., F Maj, C Maj...chad also uses G Maj, in the intro and in the end lick: Dm, Gmaj...as far as the rhythm just listen to the original..the lyrics flow pretty easily with the guitar..hope this helps
