@be9easy3 Just because your cells are bigger does not equate to strength. You're ethier stronger because you have more muscle fibres, fibres closer to each other or a more ... what's the word... 'activated' and 'accurate' CNS.

As a shorter person, your range of motion decreases dramtically, thus you do not need to lift up the weight as far as a tall guy may. All though I acknowledge that those with longer arms do better on deadlifting, not true for every other movement. :)

hey, i have a sway back and my spine is messed up. This is robbing me of about an inch or two of height and it's also making my abs pop out weird like im fat, when i only have about 8% body fat (which is low) .
