canned tomatoes would be easier. You would save heaps of time and they are just as nutritious.

I love to grow my own and use them. But in a pinch I have used canned before.

I just made my own garlic bread for the first time the other day and it was delicious... my garlic bread recipe: Italian bread (cut into small slices); margarine mixed with garlic powder (spread); sprinkle Asiago cheese and Italian Seasoning... it was delicious!!!!

I want to come up with a tomato sauce recipe and this might give me a nice little jumping off point... thanks mate.
