Irmansyah Effendi's approach seems very "Sufi" to me. (Sufism is one of my so-called "special interests.") Coming from Indonesia, I imagine he was exposed to that approach.

Very nice video. I am also an Autist, and I have started a Sufi order, which includes dhikr (meditations through "mantric" repetition). It has transformed my life.
