People say she left jail early because she's a celebrity. That's not true. The fact of the matter is, California jails/prisons are overpopulated and under budgeted. I know someone who got caught with a DUI charge 4x. She had to go to jail the fourth time and the judge ordered it for 120 days. She got out in three hours...
It's not just celebrities, it's everyone. There's just not enough space/money for criminals anymore unless you've committed an atrocious act.
