One time, Corborus glitched on us. He went underground and never resurfaced. xD

Another time he killed almost all of us, only the tank and I (Rogue) were alive, so I ditched the tank to run to the entrance to save my own skin. >_>

Little did I know that Corbortus could dig and resurface ANYWHERE in the dungeon... he got me 20 feet away from the entrance. :(

Hard was feaking shattered halls, HATED that place. I have done this on my DK and will soon be doing it on my hunter, so I am up close and personal with boss. For the person who was in the group with three tanks, now I feel for you no AOE.

This instance is not to hard, learn the fight and make sure people don't F up, Blizz is unfortunately listening to all the QQ going on and nerfing every freaking instance with new patch. I will admit I was discouraged running this and all other heroics at first but once you learn what to do it isn't that bad. True it isn't WOTLK where you just breeze through them all, but we certainly aren't taking an hour to complete ANY heroic. Well maybe Deadmines, those laser beams get people every time.

My heroic group is a warrior tank, spriest, hunter and rogue dps and a shaman healer.

We beat every heroic boss in the game with a minimum of 2 wipes. But this one took us 15 tries.

This this boss can be either stupidly easy or ridiculously hard depending on group composition. If you have say Mage, lock, Druid dps it would be easy. Similarly with rogues and warriors its a nightmare.

Ground AOE is important. This is a case of bring the class not the player.

It's impossible. I was just trying this for like 2 hours in vent with some dudes. We got him down to 5k at one point, but like whatever. Someone in my guild is saying they're gonna nerf it.

@begley09 Nerf all those heroics by 1/3. They're lame. You shouldn't have to spend 2 hours to "get good." I've been playing WoW for over 2 years. It takes someone of an IQ of 75 to see these are too hard. It's not that great of a game.

@begley09 Nope, not bad at all. I've been playing WoW for 2 years, I'm a pretty decent tank. And the group wasn't bad, and yes, SOME of the heroics can be completed in about an hour. BUT, we sat there for like 2 hours trying to beat this boss. And it had nothing to do with being bad. It's too hard. I'm not talking the whole instance dude, I'm talking about THIS FIGHT.

@79hyperwave Learn the mechanics, as a Holy Paladin I stayed at 90% mana. All I can say is once again learn the mechanics. Very easy fight if you can move...and drop an AOE.

If you happen to be in a group without sustained, ranged aoe, you're going to have a hell of a time getting the adds down. The DPS in the groups I've attempted this boss on so far have been Hunters, Rogues and Priests.

This boss is a bitch, we spend maybe 9 tries on it total but the thing went down atlast, and ofc it drops a fist weapon and we have no warrior or rogue :P-

So glad they got rid of volley. Was tired of just standing there spamming it throughout WotLK, incredibly boring.

Was useless in Vanilla and pretty worthless in TBC, never worked...
