Every Marine gets a set of dress blues, you do not wear them upon graduation though, only the guide is designated to wear dress blues. ( as seen on the far left)

@supercobradown no, dress blues refer to the pants that are worn. there are dress blues and dress whites, that go with the darker top. if you are enlisted, the top is surrounded in red piping symbolizing your enlisted status. officers receive a completely black top. personally, i find the dress whited extremely classy, that me, but theblues have a lot of significance, the red stripe especially
