I'm fine with Miss Ireland coming from Belfast as she truly is beautiful (as are all Irish women) but she should have had a sash that said "Northern Ireland" and a second contestant from the south should have been designated for "Ireland" (the Republic). I realise this probably is no big deal for everyone but they really are two separate areas and a civil war was fought here because of it.

Wow, what a comment. I think the judges had to follow a guideline which stated the minimum score that they can give to a contestant, this is to avoid embarassment for contestants who are not so beautiful (there is a group of girls under this category every year). the score for Miss France was not shown would be probably be technical fault and not because she received extremely low score

Yes, it is a technical fault. From some websites in the past, her score is shown and I think she is ranked 20th based on average score. She definitely performed alot better than some of the ladies.

Miss France is the only contestant for whom we NEVER see the preliminary scores. I know because I have videotape, too. What if they were all 9.99?
