well when she was 12 when making poltergeist II she became very ill she had crowns decease but was treated medicaly with medicines one morning while preapering for school she fainted on the floor and her fingers were going blue she got taken to child hospital in calefornia and at midnight or something she died peacefully while being operated imparently if she wouldnt of got medicine just an operastion then they could have saved her so literally the doctors killed her
She was an actress, but especially good in voice acting. She did several things like Ducky in "The Land Before Time 1", and Mary-Anne in "All Dogs go to Heaven". Her father shot her in her sleep when she was 10 years old. He then shot her mother and himself.

actually she was 12. she was born on Dec. 27, 1975 and died in Feb. 1988, just two months shy of her 12th birthday.
