The first fight with Dracula is easier than Crazy Armor. Just smack him with Hien and you'll lock him in getting knocked back saying "Impossible!" as long as you keep hitting him. The second Dracula, however, makes up for that entirely.

Cool thing about Hector is,he and Alucard are very similar in almost every way. Except Alucard is half-human-half vampire and Hector is like a very enhanced human with Devilforging powers.They are both gifted with some very special powers!!

Actually, Mathias/Dracula only has the Crimson Stone in his possession. The Ebony Stone belonged to a vampire named Walter and it was destroyed during Leon's encounter with him after he sacrificed Sarah to turn the Whip of Alchemy into the Vampire Killer.

Doubt it. There were no records on how to make said stones. Both were by-products of the goal of all alchemists, the Philosopher's Stone, which is extremely difficult/impossible to make. And I seriously doubt Death would indulge himself in human arts.

You cannot forget the belmonts are human as well, and Leon Belmont judged Dracula.

There were other humans... You can't forget at the time Mathias became Dracula, he and Leon had been fighting in wars. When he says "the strong always judge the weak", it's possible that his enemies judged him at one time when he was a weak human, but now he has all the powers of the night.... in essence it's his way of saying "who's the stronger man now?"

I have played Lament of Innocence... regardless of tactical intelligence, someone can still be considered "weak".... and on another note, "there is always someone better"..... He was a great tactician, but who's to say there wasn't a better one? And even if Mathias was the greatest tactician, the men he commanded might not be strong enough to perform tasks. He is good. And as for the accent, Dracula and Hector would probably be speaking to each other either in Romanian or some sort of Satanic tongue used in rituals. Hector was a badass. He was one of the few non-Belmonts who could stand against Dracula and didn't need a whip of any sort to do it. Plus he gets mages to fly around and burn his enemies for him.

Graham wasn't even a reincarnation, and the same could have been said for Dario and Dmitri. They all thought they were inheritors of Dracula's power, only Graham thought he WAS Dracula until Soma clarified it with his very presence.

I'll give you this, however. Graham's fighting style was meant to resemble a Dracula-esque boss fight. Dodging fireball attacks, waiting for the enemy to teleport, and taking out his second form is pretty common in the series.
