I was kidding!! I'm just being colorful, the quality is fine. As far as rendering time goes, 2 hours is typical of a 7 and a half minute video, and 407 megs is actually quite good. Unless you have some professional render farm computer laboratory, that's about as good as it's going to get.

Rendering does tend to take a long time, so usually I will do test renders to check picture quality at a relatively small resolution, and only do a full render at max quality before I leave to go do errands.

Here is some actually useful feedback: If you want your image to be more agreeable to the eye, I would consider messing around with the brightness levels, check out effects such as ReelSmart motion blur, as well as look at color correction. Additionally, most people these days use widescreen LCD monitors, so it would be wise to play in the normal aspect ratio, but change to widescreen (1280x720 works best on youtube) when recording from demos.

Lastly, My friends and I use .wmv format. The quality isn't the absolute BEST, but the loss of quality is negligible, and the file size is very good, considering.
