Mumia's Abu-Jamal's trial judge, Albert Sabo, was an FOP member and former cop who, like Officer Daniel Faulkner, was the recipient of many race-related internal affairs complaints whilst a cop. Sabo expelled Jamal from most of his own trial, excluded exculpatory evidence, permitted inculpatory evidence, and systematically denied legitimate defense motions. Sabo was out to get Jamal, even exclaiming, “I’m gonna help ‘em fry the nigger.” As such, Jamal had no chance of receiving a fair trial.

There was not a shred of legitimate inculpatory evidence in the Mumia Abu-Jamal trial (perjured testimony and tampered-with physical evidence do not count.) Thus, Jamal should have been acquitted. However, there was not much chance of that happening, as 10 of the 12 jurors were whites who admitted to being racists and pro-capital punishment. FREE MUMIA THE HERO!

When you look at the trend of the law- analyze the cases, read the cases and see what they’re saying, you don’t hear anyone talking about search and seizure, the 4th amendment or any other amendment.
