I think you are forgetting the fact that pixels are not static, they convey a sense of motion, of change, time which adds another dimension.. not that it would change your analysis that much...

Yeah yeah, I'm aware of this dimension. Even that there are different kinds of pixels with their own different dimensions and logic, such as radar pixels, TV pixels, and video game pixels I mentioned. Lev Manovich is who I refer to dealing with this, but yes, I did not intend to dwelve into that here.
