Dear ScaryLarry125, I'll have you know that this particular Symphonic Band is composed of mostly non-music majors and music majors who are doubling on secondary instruments. The ensemble is now in it's third or fourth year of existence and has become so popular with the community that it is continuously growing in size (70+ ensemble members). They are just playing for fun and doing an awesome job so get over yourself.

yeah you all slaughtered this song, the trumpet played terrible the bells ruined the beginning bell part and i play bass clarinet and have for 8 years and the middle section is difficult but not all that hard, the temple never changes and in turn destroyed the song.

The whole song is wicked hard! I've played the bass clarinet for 10 years and this song is BY FAR the hardest piece I've ever played! It's in an odd key and in odd time. Almost every section has a solo (including an entire page of bass clarinet solo!) All in all, an awesome piece though.

our symphonic band is thinking about playing this song for concert festival(: the clarinet has some pretty difficult parts, but it looks fun!
