I don't think a plotter can handle cutting 5mil.. and if it does I won't risk a pricy machine.

how do you make that plastic page where you begin with ..... ? ok i know a plotter but i dont have such a machine .....

@TheArsong you dont have to have a plotter all you need to do is the the mylar(the thick plastic he uses) with a large photo in the shape of the picture desired. jus got over tht design with normal black shapie marker and then you can jus cut it out with a exacto knife.
