Tibet was lost before the ban was put in place, some more DS has been practiced for 100's of years before all this talk came along that it was DS's fault. If DS is sectarian then all buddhist schools are sectarian, don't people realise that buddha taught many ways to enlightenment. Each school is valid, so each school is sectarian. Maybe tibetans don't realise this but its a fact.

I really can't believe that with all the talk of logic, debate, cutting wisdom people cannot see past whats blatantly obvious, how much shortening of HHDL life is a 14 year ban going to cause HH, DS is causing Tibet to lose its independence -

I came across this article of how HH Penor Rinpoche was unbiased and sympathetic towards Dorje Shugden monks due to the ban and he opened up Namdroling for these monks to get supplies.

Of course, even if the ban existed--which anyone who's attended HHDL's teachings knows it does not--what would it matter?

The one-and-only "Shugden lama" teaches that HHDL is a "liar and a hypocrite"--then they say "don't attend HHDL's teachings," then finally they make up a story about how "Shugden practitioners are banned from HHDL's teachings."

Sounds like a story made up to keep unwitting western NKT converts from discovering the truth--that there is no ban.

It should be made clear that Shugen worship itself violates religious freedom, because Shugden does not allow followers to practice other schools than the "pure Gelug school". Those who practice other schools "mix the pure doctrine" and will be killed for that "crime" by the deity Dorje Shugden, or they will at least be punished by a terrible sickness and finally die a horrible death.

@cIoserelative This is not so true based on my experience. I knew one monk whose father was a high nyingma practioner and himself is a nyingmapa and he also practcied dorjee shugden. late HH zong rinpoche(great advocate of shugden once proclaimed a very heart moving detailed biography of Guru rinpoche that brought many of us to tears.

The "ban" is a fairy tale made up by NKT/CCP/WSS.

If you don't believe me, just attend one of HHDL's teachings or something, see for yourself.

If you can get past the highly-paid, screaming WackoSSers, that is.

1 of 2: I believe that DS practice will flourish all over the world. DS started in Tibet & "moved" with the high lamas to India. As DS practice encountered obstacles within the Tibetan community, it flourished in the West and China. Now, with Shar Ganden's development & the joining of Ganden Tripa there, I believe that DS practice will return to the Tibetan community. Like the strength of genuine diamond, DS practice has not only survived this big trial but excelled from it.

I really don´t understand how you´re thinking.

Shugden is not a religion, it´s promoted right now to undermine the Dalai Lama. That´s all. Few Tibetans within Tibet are Shugden practitioners.

Religion is suppressed in China.

There are so many great incarnate teachers who practiced Dorje Shugden. If he is so evil as claimed, then these beings would be in the 3 lower realms already. But the truth is all these beings incarnate back and continues to benefit so many beings..one of whom is HH. Similar to mahassidhas of the past, people did not accept their actions until much later. Lets be open and think deeper on Dalai Lamas actions. Is it that evil? It is because of HH, that DS practice is flourishing.

Indian High court in New Delhi is summoning Dalai Lama to court due to his unconstitutional ban on the ancient practice of Dorje Shugden on his own people.

In India where there are so many religions and their subsects, it is unheard of that a secular/religious leader can issue such a ban.

There is a huge religious repression going on. It is hurting so many people and their religioius rights removed.

If suddenly the catholic church said Mother Mary is a demon and you can't worship her. There would be a huge outcry.
