Ok... You should relax your fingers a little bit. And you're changing your speed tempo too much. Keep it at the same tempo for a while then change it a little bit so that it gets attention. The changing of the tempo is not because it is cool(well also known as that but not the main point) It is to get attention. And the last part. Get the rhythm right. It'll sound disgusting if you have your rhythm different at all times. So keep it up. I'm only trying to help you. Not piss you off. Keep it up.
