I saw Stacy Lattisaw when she was about 13 and she was considering a rising star. Her first hit was "Dynamite." She later did "Let me be your Angel" and showed her talents were clearly in ballads. Tiffany does really well in this song, but the Lattisaw's is more polished and tone of voice suited lyrics better. Tiffany overpowered the song a bit much.
