You can take down the girl with ONE hand and put her in handcuffs. Taking her down with a tazer is a pussy way out, cops are lazy these days. I have to agree ! I had a neighbor who would call the cops on her daughter constantly, and her husband would call the cops on the stepson, it was a mess. They could not raise children. Both had big challenges. This Mom needs parenting school or something.
