i just recently had to order a whole new pcb board cuz i totally screwed up i think and burnt the board and now my F4 F5 and F6 buttons dont work. so i ordered the F1 pcb board too. hopefully it fixes the problem.
Thanks for the info. I need this to replace my rotary knob. Lol when you said "this could be the biggest fail video". I wouldn't be able to solder that.
that a pot, not a rotary encoder...

just to say that the recording and volume controls are pots...the only rotary encoder on the mpc is the data wheel
