It takes a particular talent to sit alone at a piano and sing like this. There are few so called 'big stars' that can do it. With the right original song and you performing like this (yes - with a few other instruments chucked in and a tasty arrangement and build up) you could have it made. That's the way i would go. But to do it - yes - you do need that killer original song. Then you'd have them courting you (and paying you homage)
