@PhamBoyFresh I had this problem too when i was new at league of legends but then i realized everyone else was playing with a free camera. Yours is still locked in! You need to unlock and learn how to play with unlocked camera, it might be confusing at beginning but if you force yourself you will not even realize it anymore
