Now here is a trick if you got a cartridge for the CZ101. NOTE all presets in the internal bank and cartridge bank will get to waste, so do it on your own risk if you can live without them.

Disable write protection. Activate the write mode. Now repeatedly press the SAVE and LOAD buttons 30-50 times, and quite fast. This gives you access to an entire new set of parameter ranges. Values above 99 can be reached, but only downward. Press INC and you'll be stuck at 99.

cz101 ist viel viel zu schade für Circuit Benting .. echt mal nimmt doch ein anderen wertlosen synthesizer wie sk-1. Andere leute spielen den cz101 mit so viel gefühl und das jahre lang, weil es einfach für die balkan musik geschaffen ist.... schade schade schade :(

That is GREAT!!!! Can you still use it as a regular synth or does it "messed up" always? I would love to do that to my CZ101 and my Korg Poly 800 as long as I could still use them normally as well.

You can use the synth in "normal" mode when all the switches are in the "off" position.

As far as bending a Poly 800, I've never tried it, so I don't know if that would work.

Oh man. you sir, are a genius. those are some of the sickest noises I've ever hear come out of a circuit bent keyboard. I circuit bent a toy elephant keyboard to get weird tones that our ARP 2600 couldn't produce, but if I had that I would be totally at oneness.
