Yes, but unlike most teeny love stories, most of the time you feel for the guys (Peeta and Gale) rather than the girl (Katniss).

Hunger Games and Battle Royale are completely different. The only similarity is that there are kids in an 'arena' that have to kill each other. In fact, Hunger Games is based off of the Minotaur. I do love the books, and the movie adaptation of Battle Roayale though.
