The ratio of luck/tactics is about 50/50 (if we assume you have build a balanced team). Very much depends on knowledge of other characters your opponent is using. This defines your tactics a lot: who you strike first, or which characters you protect.

I would have played the newer version as well (new looks and new statistics), but 1 minute is so damn slow.

I gave up on this game. I was a chuunin and people do stupid shit like reset their level so they have powerful characters so they can fuck up the whole point of the level system. The best player on Naruto arena can reset his account and kick everybody asses. That is annoying and it ruins the whole point of having a ladder rank.
