Todd is one of the best recurring characters on I've ever seen in tv series. He is as much a pleasure to watch as Q, Gul Dukat and the Borg in the star trek series.

Todd stands out though, because you CAN sort of trust him... up to a point. Todd keeps his word, but he keeps secrets, too. He is a super shrewd, ruthlessly ambitious, calculating risk taker. He skillfully exploited and betrayed the Atlanteans whenever possible. And I love him for it!

Thanks, wraitheternal! I was feeling odd about the change in Todd for that 1 episode. The substitute actor did great but I knew something was different about him. It wasn't until the very end of the episode that we see the regular hot Todd-y commanding the wraith ship. (For those who don't know ,a hot toddy is a mixed alcohol drink, served hot, usually to women... ; )

Has anyone noticed that Todd the Wraith looks different in the 'Be all my sins remember'd ' episode? That's the season 4 show where Atlantis (via the Deadalus & Apollo ships) team up with the Wraith and the Travellors to destroy the Replicator home world. To me, Todd looks younger and a little feminine (in a human way) in this episode, as opposed to his usual self. What do you think?

It was a different actor; the regular one had another show to film, so a substitute actor was used. I think he went on to play Kenny the wraith; but I'm not 100% sure.

The actor that plays him is Christopher Heyerdahl, he's also in the new series Sanctuary on Sci-fi, he's John Druitt (aka Jack the Ripper). I also think he plays the manservant, Bigfoot; but not sure. A lot of the Stargate actors/actresses star or guest on it.

Todd is my favorite character from Atlantis, he has a great personality and is enjoyable to watch. I like to compare him to SG-1's Baal, only with Baal being somewhat a neutral evil character and Todd being a neutral good character. Great video and very enjoyable.
