This is impressive as music, as art, as piano, as voice and as film. As a whole, it is a beautiful piece of work. The power of the pianist behind everything, expanding from a smoky circumscribed black and white circle to become the full color whole picture alone just before a goodbye shot tells its own story.

Mitchell's voice telling a different part of the story with silver tears that don't even pool, let alone fall is lovely as it jumps effortlessly from high to low and back.

I'm gonna OMG too.. What a great job you have done I like it BETTER than the arrangement that Joni does on youtube, I guess it's later compilation. Its all jazzed up....Lacks that clean clear unambiguous exposition....Not to take away from Joni and the beautiful genius she manifest......But you get closer to the original.....to the TRUTH of that sad song.. ..to Detroit...to...pretty lies...to Joni too....
