@journeyp3 ... does the CC button turn red? if not, go to your account setting to activate your caption and click on "ALWAYS SHOW CAPTION" . If you want to change fonts of the SUB, come back to CC and click on Other Settings...

@malie7778 : "CC" is gray, but there's a red "!"... i changed my captions settings already but its still the same, no subs ^^

@journeyp3 ... CC has to be red... for me, if my CC is grey I won't see any sub, either... once I click on CC and it's red again... the sub would come back. Did you put a check mark on "Always Show Caption"? ... you have to go to your account info page to do this ...
