this is really cool :D there is crap loads of ways to make elavators. a way for dummies, is to get a slider like on dis vid, then get a wire thruster, then put a button value on-1 value off-0 and toggled. get the wire tool, wire the thruster to the button, and there u go. but this is awesome :D

I've just downloaded phx3 and i opned the zip folder up and then copied the folder inside to the addons folder for garry's mod, but it said there weren't enough space so i had to remove some programs i didn't use. I remove like 2 programs and then when i logged in to garrys mod and tryed to get into a server it just said something about a '' memory could not be read '' error ! I tryed singleplayer and it worked, but can't find any phx3 materials !!! please help

elevators with wire are harder to make than ones without. plus you cant make a wire elevator wtithout wiremod, which can be tough to use without a bit of help. (helpful?)

lagg depends on internet and on server. Plus, how many props/ ragdolls/ etc are on the server and if they are in motion or not.

garrys mod can be online but doesnt have to, there is singleplayer, but its more fun online

Gmod is a HL2 mod, like Zombie master, Synergy, Insurgency, etc.

Its only laggy if your computer sucks, or if your under 16 years old. The game somehow knows if you havent hit puberty and causes other members to make fun of you for it.

Its online capabilities, and single player capabilities. Whichever you feel like doing at the time.
