I enjoy your videos very much. Your words go beyond the lines of denomination and speak to real issues of the world we live in today. People who are getting hung up on what particular "religion" you or they prescribe to are missing the whole point. @episcojon The separation of Utrecht from Rome was heavily tied to problems with The Council of Trent, which were first brought up by Michel De Bay at the time the council was called. This was later seen in the Jansenist vs. Jesuit controversy that followed, and eventually Rome began persecuting the former party (simply for defending Augustine's doctrine of Grace from attack by Molina and others), who then fled to Holland where they received protection from the Bishop of Utrecht.

Father Nathan, I'm glad you're back. I (a Protestant, though I hate that word) pray, also, for unity in Christ. I think one of the steps towards that (after prayer of course) is loving dialogue.
