  • I dig it!

  • Nice, dude. I just learned this song as well, but I like the tone. You do something just a little different than I do on the "...never going back again" part, but I like it. Really nicely played, man. Honestly, if I were to see you walk down the street, I would never think you played guitar, let alone play it well. Don't ever stop, man.

  • Great job!

  • great playing, great tone. keep it up brother

  • very good version, your rig sounds like you were in a concert hall.

  • What happened to the video of the black guy in the army playing a red acoustic and singing this song? Anybody know?

  • Mothra at first thought you were playing a joke as the sound is so big and heavy...like you were doing "air guitar". But then Mothra recognized and respects your skill. What yummy clean playing and beautiful transposition of the material. Mothra bows respectfully...!

  • what the fuck this is so good

  • have you done big love?

  • Excellent!!! I'm diggin' all your cool video clips. Please let me know what your signal chain from the guitar to amp is. It's a very good sound for this material.

  • So looking through your other videos, I see the guitar is a godin multiac nylon string.

But I can't believe there is no kind of amplification, even though I don't see a cord. I guess I need to do more searching on this.

  • That guitar is pretty awesome. What kind is it?

Do you have some special amp to get that sound?

  • Brilliant. Adam,s Mum.

  • are you using a capo somewhere..all the vids ive seen use a capo on the 4th fret..

  • no just playing it without a capo.. just thought it would sound different

  • The original is actually on the 6th fret with the Low E string dropped to C and the A string dropped to G. It's called Wahine C Tuning or Dropped C tuning.

  • @smerrigan I'm playing with a capo on the 6th, guitar pro told me to

    Cheers!

    Angie

  • ahhhhhhhh!!!! would somebody shut it up that guitar is horrible!!!!!!

  • it's not the guitar, it's just the sound quality. that guitar is actually pretty nice.

  • The sound is great if you use your earphone jack

  • its a godin, silly. excellent guitar!

  • lol i love watching peoples fingers when they play and i plhow they work in accordance with their fingers. i play the violin and love it.

  • at 1:47 he has a mishit!

  • So FUCKING what?

I bet you can't play it like this.

  • WOW! You KNOW you are TOUGH! ....WOW!

  • im glad i tought u now

  • Hot!!

  • excellent job dood.

  • FANTASTIC!!

  • Really, really good. you even nailed the new middle part that lindsay has been playing. A request: play it again with a capo. Also when your playing the high part up the neck there are two different rhythms however you are just playing one. The second rhythm leaves a bit less time between chords and adds more interest.

nice job you're a top notch player.

  • Simply amazing, it must have taken you a while to get it down that good.

  • best version ive heard, anybody know what make of guitar that is?

  • its a godin multiac nylon string... lovely to play! thanks for the comment!

  • Really, really nice. My favorite interpretation. I love the the changing emphasis on the bass strings, really slapping em hard at times to give dynamics. Beauty.

  • just watched it again... you're the bee's knees dude. Live long and Prosper.

  • Great interpretation, and your guitar is extremely cool!

  • Une interpretation de Fleedwood Mac extraordinaire!! Bravo l'artiste.

  • bravo

  • The guitar is a Godin.

  • Simon, what kind of guitar is that? I love that tone.

  • You Play this well - only comment I have is the dominant 13th chord (A7 basically with the F# added) the flurry of melody notes should begin on beat 2 - you're playing them on beat 1 - which is fine and is easier to play - watch the Lindsey clips. Rob130290 's comments I disagree with - you play the chorus section great - even if you miss the alternating bass lines. Well Done

  • Haha! VERY good!

  • buy a capo

  • im playin the alternate version without a capo.. so no

  • You can play it with a capo, or without. I like both versions that he does

  • Extremely well played (the alternate bass line is flawless) This tune I should learn!

All the power to you my friend!

  • Not too bad....

  • I realllly like this

I actually think you should bring out a cd !

  • Call this constructive criticism if you want, but you're playing the chorus wrong, Lindsey frets the 4th string on the 7th fret above the capo etc, and then plays the bass line like so: 6th string, 4th, 5th, 4th, 6th, 4th, 5th, 4th etc.

  • nope gotta get that travis picking style down perfect

  • SWEET! What kind of guitar is that. Great sound.

  • If I had to guess I'd say Ovation, I have an Ovation A/E, and it looks way different but has similar features. I could be wrong.

  • KEEP comin back 4 this sound...

  • ALMOST as good as the man himself! You just need to find yourself a young version of Stevie Nicks.

  • Very solid playing. Nicely done!

  • really good man

  • this song stands out to me because it doesnt need the words to be amazing.

the words just make it better.

i've been trying to learn this but i give up every time

  • Wow-wow-woo-wah! How horny are you, fantastic fretwork - as good or better than the real thing! When's the Cd coming out!

  • should go on americas got talent. awsome sound.

  • You are the man! great sounding guitar! You need to try. "I am waiting"

  • holy shit man, incredible!

  • You are very talent!5/5^^

    Zoomex

  • Nailed, stuffed, and mounted!! Great job getting this one down to a T!!

  • AWESOME!!! simon, from ARGENTINA, a rookie guitar

  • Yup! another amazing one!! You're awsome!! I love your guitar man!

  • Damn good...and without a capo!!! Your playing really reminds me of my own. A word of advice from a similar player.....NEVER fight...walk away, protect your hands.

  • wowzers....very nice playing!

  • stunning, the best non-Lindsey version i've seen yet.

  • how old were you when you started playing and how old are you know simon?

  • *****

  • VERY GOOD

  • I have this guitar and it kicks fuckin ass. Its a godin multiac nylon duet. about a $1,500.00 dollar guitar. The sound when plugged in just resonates with tone, quality and craftsmanship. Definately a premium sounding guitar and definately worth the money if you like classical or electracoustics.

  • well done sunshine you are great, do you do requests ?

the guitar is a godin by the way. ebay it
