fire damage (0/21/40) is based ENTIRELY on how much fire damage and crit you got. And considering most of the gear you get gives shadow damage..and you have to get some mage gear to get fire damage it isnt really worth it. Unless you can get a significant amount more fire damage than shadow damage, there is no point at all.

Actually fire locks do more damage. Just barely though. But shadow locks do help improve raid dps and fire does not. So imo shadow is better.

In his troll form, Nalorakk applies a debuff called "Mangle" to his target. It increases all bleed effects by 100%. Once he switches to bear form he attacks with Lacerating Slash (18 sec bleed: 1735 every 2 secs) and Rend Flesh (5 sec bleed: 2335 every sec). The troll form tank ensures that the bear form tank does not get the mangle debuff effectively preventing him from taking twice the amount of bleed damage.

A single tank taking mangle, lacerating slash, and rend flesh is a dead tank. While any healer who can keep up with this amount of damage is commendable the raid healers will run out of mana quickly. Bear form also has defeaning roar which causes a 2 second silence, usually that's enough time for Nalorakk to kill one tank with the addition of his bleed damage. While not impossible, this fight is particularly difficult if all your healers are paladins.

great its simple to do but you need really good tanks and to be fast and your healers are on there toes all the way through other wise its wipe mana in these bosses is really needy you need alot of pots for the full run but great video epic song :D
