I heard this music (not the song and lyrics of this song) from Maestro Lucio D. San Pedro's "The Philippine Medley". On its last part of the march, there is a melody which is definitely came from this song. Try to google it! It was impressive and great! Thank you for posting! Mabuhay ang Musika ng Pilipino!
