I can tell you from the past 3 years experience with these guys, I still can`t beleive what happened to me, with a spinal injury and torn ligaments. They actually got in the way of my medical help. When I fianally got to get an MRI they ordered a picture of everything but my injury, I swear to god, all around the affected areas? Then you start hearing the horror stories little by little, my god, I don`t think street criminals would be able to do what they do. Another operation next week.

Good suggestion but how do we put this into operation. And what about the Law? Do freemen have no Law? What Law do you follow? I have tried to understand this freeman thing but it brings up more questions than it answers. For instance if I am a freeman and someone commits fraud and torture against me like the WCB is, then how would I charge them if I do not follow Canadian Law? Another point. I am crippled and in pain. I should be able to drive a car and am qualfied to do so. Yet you need a license to get insurance. If I drive and have no insurance they will charge me with that too. Will I be paying compensation out of my pocket for the rest of my life if I accidentally injure someone? I can't get around without a car but police have taken my lcense because I won't pay a fine for possessing medication for my pain and depression. I am being denied medical care also.

Unless you are severely injured u will never understand the corruption at the WCB; It seems the only word these people know is DENY: and they use it with, you have the right to appeal, and when you appeal you hear the word DENY again; + right to appeal again; So how does this HELP my 2 spinal injuries + 2 shoulder injuries, plus other injuries that haven't been Diagnosed as WCB keeps using the word DENY: GOD HELP YOU WHEN INJURED IN CANADA, because WCB won't help. and you likely will get CRPS:

Chronic pain from serious nerve damage is in fact the reason most of us cannot work. WCB is well aware that these injuries, especialy multiple injuries to more than one part of the body will cause total disability. The affected joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, will never be able to endure repetitive tasks. This is a known fact amongst the medical community. The government also is aware of this. Hence we have created for us the Workers Compensation Acts that remove our right to sue.

Then we have our rights to health care taken from us by the Federal government. "injured workers" are excluded from this Act. This is why we have no say in our treatment. WCB does have all the power and we are left to suffer and die in pain because of them. The Provincial govrnments take our legal rights so we can't take any action against the board for committing fraud against us. Everyone in Canada believes we are frauds because the real crooks tell them we are. Sheeples. Anyone could be next.
