If chevy really wanted to make money thet should do this factory and put it in the camaro or even repoduce the GNX. Put it in a stripped down platform to save weight and money and sell the crap out of them at 40k a pop. Low boost full exhaust oem tune 420hp knowing you could easily get 800. But they won't instead the make 127k ZR1's .

Because you can't see it until the door is open, many vehicles have roll bars that don't need them, and other than the wheels and roll pan it's just about stock. As far as I can tell, that qualifies it as a sleeper.

The Stock ecu Can't handle the setup, He's got a Mega-squirt fuel-n-Spark Stand alone ECU that is laptop controlled. You get a base map then tune from there on a dyno, once you have it where you want it, set it and forget it.

yeah it sucks he sold it. Well he really didn't have an "ECU", he had the Mega-Squirt EFI system on the truck, he had total contol of his fuel and spark maps with a Laptop. Not sure what it sold for, said he was gonna build a garage and then find a new project.

Never had any problems or accidents with mine, Works flawlessly for me. Also depends if the Troops were trained on the weapon or just handed it before they were deployed. The 1911A1 is a very simple weapon to operate, but I guess people still find ways to mess up and have accidents with it as you can with any weapon.

Nope, That Truck is 4 wheel drive. I've got an 1986 Z28 5 Speed Camaro, and a 1988 Mustang 5.0 5 Speed for my American Muscle. Now my Father in law and I play with his Collection which includes a 1968 and 1970 Torinos, 1965 Fastback Mustang, 2 1968 Camaro's hardtop and vert, 1969 Boss Cougar, and 2 1970 Cougars hardtop and vert. Plus his newest toy his 2005 GT Mustang with the drag pack setup.

No, Jim Parish has done alot to his truck. 6.0 Liter LS1 V8, Patriot Heads, 4L80E Tranny, Heavy duty Transfer case, T76 turbo, Dual stage nitrous kit, and an upgraded fuel system with mega-squirt tuning.

You are correct on the factory specs, the LS1 is a 5.7L and the LS2 is a 6.0. But we both know you can't run 26PSI on a stock LS1, so he had the Engine bored out to take it from 5.7L to 6.0L and stuffed it with forged pistons, rods, and crank. From what I understand it's a Combination Motorsports 408ci LS1 based V8.

He launches in four wheel drive. It had the factory four wheel drive setup but he's tweaked it a little with a built 4L80E tranny and a Heavy duty Transfer case.
