@macewan HIs name is Stephen Blank. He was a student at UF and the chairman of the student group, ACCENT, that organized the event. He was reacting to a signal from the UF Professor, Dennis Jett, who served as moderator and who motioned to have Meyer's mic cut when he said "blowjob" about a minute after he was told him time was up.
To the person who posted the video, read "What Youtube Doesn't Show" by Dennis Jett, the moderator of the event. YES he told them Meyer needed to go AND ordered the mic to be cut. He tells WHY it happened as well.
The FDLE investigation found that MEYER the bitch, hook-nosed punk, had it all PLANNED to create a videotaped disturbance!! He has a history of doing this. I can't believe how stupid his defenders are. I wish the cops had broken his collar-bone with a power-strike from a PR-24. When I was at the police academy, the commandant admonished me to be careful with my baton swings, as I swung with so much power. God, I wish I could have hit Andrew Meyer with a baton. He would think tasing was a gift!!
Problem was the person taking the lead in escorting the guy out did not have the physical capasity to actually lead the guy out. You can tell by the way that the dude just kinda shrugs off the female cop that she could not force compliance. That's what leads to the tasering. When dude gets it into his mind that it IS physically possible to resist arrest, he does so. Had they gotten him locked down at the very start, the taser would not have been used.
@GrimRX But he wasn't being arrested at that point. He was simply being led out and the fact that they didn't even TRY to lock him down until a minute after the mic was cut ilustrated taht. Once he was under arrest they took him down and he was completely under control.
The drive stun was merely to cuff the arm that he had clutching a bolted down chair. As they held him, they told him several times to let go of the chair or be tased. They stunned his shoulder for 3-5 seconds & cuffed him.
Meyer took to long to ask his question, got pissed off and fought with people carrying badges and guns. Three separate bad choices. You have to follow the rules so that as many other people can ask questions, not just you. That would be a sign of a narcisist person. Fighting with the security personnel is a sign of an idiot. I'd have tased the moron.
@agremlin8282 All of that done AFTER being told to leave (and refusing) for grabbing a mic out of turn, succing, insulting and demanding that he be allwaed to speak (while screaming that he'd be arrested if he asked what he wanted to ask, as well). He was putting on show for his camera and got removed. He foght the cops who removed him, so he was arrested. he resisted arrest, so he was dealt with. Plain and simple.
FUCK THE COPS, I DISRESPECT EVERYSINGLE COP, A NORMAL PERSON WOULDNT BECOME A COP, COPS ARE KIND OF PEOPLE WHO HAD FUKED UP CHILD HOOD AND THEY ARE MENTALY ILL, ALL OF THEM, FUKIN DUMB ASS MOTHERFUCKERS, FUCK CIA FUCK FBI AND ALL THEM LIL TYNY DICK BASTARDS. WE GOT TO DO SOMETHING BOUT THIS BEFORE THE SHIT HITS THE PROPPELLER.
@bboytornado people like you represent a good portion of this country. those people being ungrateful, egotistical, narcissitic, anti-establishment imbeciles. how can you say what kind of people law enforcement officers are? you should be grateful that there are COMPLETE strangers out there putting life and limb on the line so that you can sit home on your computer and insult them. in any other country you wouldnt have even been told you are wrong. you would just disappear.

meagermajority i agree the kid was acting way out of line, but he had some good legitamite questions, and he had the guts to ask kerry if he was a member of the skull and bones society, thats when they had to cut him off, to save john kerry's publicity otherwise kerry would've stopped them.
please don't let the nwo agenda carry on any longer, we must gain america back....
@LokariusDaemonica Saved him from what? being kicked out o a school function? Guess what, the only reason you saw the video is becaus eof Kerry. They were kicking him out beofre the video starts because he grabbed a mic out of turn while another student was talking, yelling insults & demanding to be heard. Kerry got them to let the asshole have a turn (in front of others who waited & never got their turn) but he wouldn't let Kerry respond, yelled when told time was up, then cussed.
@Zzozze YUP! VOTING MACHINES THAT CANNOT TRACE YOUR VOTE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG! THE SAME MAN THAT MAKES AND DESIGNED THOSE MACHINES ALSO DESIGNED AND HAS PATENTS ON ATM'S! WE ALL KNOW THAT ATM'S HAVE A PAPERTRAIL AND CAN BE TRACED , JUST NOT VOTES!
@uppinya26 Indeed, there's more than enough technology in the world for votes not to be lost. Imagine the backlash if a huge banking deal was just "lost"
That doesn't happen so how did this?
I cant even delete stuff from my facebook. How on Earth can votes be lost?
@kinamod2k You have no idea how deep this goes. In the early 1970s James & Kenneth Collier wanted to see how far they could get in the election process without gobs of money, along the way they uncovered incontrovertible evidence of massive vote fraud occurring in Florida & in what became a 25 year investigation, fixing of results going on all across the union, catching some of it on film & extensively documented in their now very hard to find book "Votescam, The Stealing of America"
@kinamod2k James made a number of appearances on radio talk shows (one of which I heard in the Detroit area) & did several videos, gaining attention for their book, until 1997, when they were within weeks of a court date with Janet Reno, who as asst. Fla. State Attny General, had them jailed and evidence seized early in their venture. They both happened to have fatal heart attack/strokes about 3 weeks before it could happen. Watch:youtube.com/watch?v=1oA4nDuuBOg
@bevewyvewyquiet Takes the Mick, how they "say" votes can't be lost. I was agreeing, if they didn't want to lose them, they wouldn't. But that's democracy for you.
this young man's "questions" were just a bizarre rant about secret societies and election conspiracies and other such nonsense. what inane questions. and he went on and on and wouldn't shut up and sit down when asked to do so. he deserved to get tased just for being so lame. how long was everyone supposed to sit there and be subjected to his paranoid schizophrenic rantings and ravings?
Oh man, this is sooooo funny! I ran "redrumrob" through an Anagram Generator, and the only anagram it could come up with was......wait for it.................: "DUMB ERROR." Well, I guess that pretty much sums up rummy to a T............LOL
Hey redrumrob, is it true that you served time in the state penitentiary for committing a sex crime with a well-endowed goat, a slutty pig and a horny hound dog? And is it also true that, since you were widely reputed to be a snitch, prison officials placed you in administrative segregation for your own safety?

A lot has been said about free speech regarding this video. You have right to free speech in the US and I will support your right to excecise it in public. You do not have the right to excercise it in any forum in which you can be ejected by organizers or management. Excercising your free speech has to be tempered with reasonable prudence. It was not unreasonable for this guy to expect to be asked to leave. It also is not unreasonable to taze him for failure to comply with the request to leave.
Kerry, The new global governance piece of shit for thew new commander in thief and gore. May their soles rot in hell for the lies and unjust dis-service they have bestowed on this great nation.
USNChiefC, while I despise Kerry I caution anyone that watches this "video" about listening to what meagermajority says. There is nothing to substantiate what he says about the events of that day. Does he tell everyone that the two men, behind the Police, are ACCENT members? ACCENT being the student group that sponsored the forum & that was moderating the Q&A. Does he tell everyone WHY the Police were behind Meyer the ENTIRE time he was at the mic? Nah, it'll mess with his fallacious story.
when will you bleeding heart liberals get it? failure to comply with a law enforcement directive? THATS A FUCKING TASERING DAMNIT! End of discussion.
I tell every single person that is about to BE tazed that they are going to GET tazed for failing to comply with a law enforcement officer. No one has EVER been tazed without KNOWING they are about to BE tazed if they dont knock whatever the fuck they are doing off post haste
No doubt dagerazod. It's this sense of entitlement that really pisses me off. Well, that & the gullibility & laziness that we see so often today. People are overly anxious to jump on the "Fuck the cops!!!1! They done stoled that mans frist amandment rights!!!1!!" bandwagon, instead of looking into the facts. It's not like the facts aren't out there, they are. The Police reports, eyewitness statements, videos, hell, even Meyer's own interviews.
@dagerazod doesn't make it necessary just because you warn them. It's called using your judgment. Let someone taser your mama for not crossing the street fast enough. Oh yeah, let's warn her first since we have so much power. Then zap her and see how fast you come to her defense. That's why people have problems with people like you. It's not that we have problems with authority, we have problems with people who adore their authority and abuse it. Get a hobby!
@dallasproducer4u Perhaps you should use a different subject for your analogy because I know my mother, you do not. My mother would have ZERO issue with following a request from a law enforcement officer. Therefore she wouldnt get tazed. I understand some peoples frustration over the tazer issue comes from what they perceive as a right to free speech which in actuality is nothing more than their desire to argue with authority.
Well said dagerazod. I find that I lack the patience I should have when dealing with idiots like this & let my mouth get the best of me. My Grandfather used to tell me that, "I do not suffer fools easily.". I despise liars & idiots. Another thing I cannot wrap my mind around is this. With all of the actual violations of peoples rights, the true wrongs being done, even in THIS country, why do people have to try to make things into something that they're not? It defies any & all logic.
"It's not that we have problems with authority, we have problems with people who adore their authority and abuse it." Then why don't you go find an actual example of it & bitch about it where it's actually relevent to the subject in the video? NO ONE violated ANY of Meyer's rights. He was NOT assaulted. He was NOT arrested for what he said. The Police did NOT misuse the Taser. Like it, or agree with it, or not, the fact remains that THESE Officers, in THIS situation, did NOTHING wrong. Period.
@redrumrob U ARE A FUKIN LIL DICK BASTERD WITH NO GIRLFRIEND, I BET THE LAST TIME U SMELLED PUSSY WAS WHEN U CAME OUT UR MUMS KUNT, U DUMB MOTHERFUCKER, U COPS KNOW THAT ALL PEOPLE DONT RESPECT U COZ THEY KNOW UR TRASH, SHITTY PEOPLE AND CORRUPT MOTHER MENTALYDISORDERED MOTHERFUCKERS, I BET IF EVERY HUMAN HAD A RIGHT TO KILL A COP, 80 PERCENT OF THE WHOLE POPULATION WOULD GET A 12 GAUGE, SHUVE IT IN THEM COPS DIRTY ASS AND BLOOOOOOOOOOW, ALL THE SHIT ALL OVER THE WALL, FUCK U AND HAVE A NICE DAY
@bboytornado FUCK THE POLICE! THEY ARE NOT PEACE KEEPERS,NORE ARE THEY PROTECTING AND SERVING! THEY ARE PROTECTING AND SERVING THEMSELVES , NOT US THE PEOPLE! NOW THEY ARE LAW ENFORCEMENT! ENFORCING , "THEIR LAW" NOT OURS! I HATE COPS! ARM YOURSELVES PEOPLE AND UPHOLD AND FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS! ITS OUR MOST IMPORTANT RIGHT BECAUSE ITS THE ONE THAT PROTECTS ALL OUR OTHER RIGHTS!
@uppinya26 NO no no...! (NOT F#%K THE COPS) fuck the guys that wanted to ass rape this poor kid for freedom of speech..! there were NO real cops at john kerrys speech. :-)
@liamcollins1997 LOL NOTHING happened to him for "freedom of speech". He was simply kicked out of a school function for his behavior, allowed an undue chance to speak before leaving, then wanted to cause a scene and struggle with cops instead of walking out.
@liamcollins1997 Yes, these are real cops, and no, they didn't do shit to him for freedom of speech. he was kicked out of a student event and refused to leave, causing a huge scene in the process. That is all.
He broke forum rules and cut to the front. He disrespected the guest and other people in line. He resisted being taken out of the forum, and for that he was put under arrest. When he resisted again, he was told he'd be tazed. When he resisted AGAIN, they tazed him. The security officers didn't use excessive force, they used TOO LITTLE force. They should have taken him away at the start. People don't understand that when the police tell you to do something, it's not a suggestion, it's an order.
@Dirge987 I'm glad you like the police so much. When they pull you over and beat the crap out of you for having a beautiful lady next to you, who happens to be their race instead of yours, I hope you cheer them on as they knock your teeth out while telling you to quit resisting arrest even though your hands are on their car as requested. I hope the judge throws the case out because you couldn't prove you were done wrong. I hope you have resisting arrest and inciting a riot on your rap-sheet now!
nope there is no such freedom of speech any more. that was on exercised in the old days now you have to watch what you say or say nothing at all....... Freedom of speech ha don't think so.
bert3533, freedom of speech has nothing to do with it. The courts ruled, LONG before this situation, that ACCENTS rules do NOT violate anyones 1st Amendment rights. He knew what the rules were & he CHOSE to break ALL of them. ACCENT had EVERY right to enforce them by cutting power the mic, the Police had EVERY right to remove him & he had NO right to resist. It's really rather simple when you know all of the facts.
signaled to cut the microphone off and to remove him from the mic. I guess there were set forum rules. I guess rules were, 30 seconds to ask 1 question. I do agree that this hardly allows enough time to ask a good well rounded question. They were on him telling him his time is up right at 30 seconds, they were giving no slack, which is crazy. But they then gave 1 full minute more before shutting the mic off. 1.5 mins is exceptable to ask a question tho.
@greenhorns99 Well, they had a problem when he kept going after the harassment began @ only 25 seconds, forcing him to use a good chunk of time in fending off the interference. Kerry clearly didn't like the questioning line & wanted to cut off his preface to allow for a smoothly dismissive answer. When he refused to be deflected, they had to find another way to get rid of him, to keep Kerry from being embarrassed, but without seeming too unjust. The "Blow-job" remark provided the needed cover
@Fantasiosis1 The Rules: 30 Seconds to preface and ask a question, no vulgarity, no profanity. Go watch my video and read what I've posted there for a complete picture of the incident.
@greenhorns99 everyone else that got to ask a question followed the rules of 30 seconds to preface and ask a question... he was already in hot water before being allowed to ask a question for acting out and disrupting the event.
Revealing the truth? Really? Read the transcripts of this incident, then look up the questions he asked. Every single one of them had been answered by Kerry years before. Meyer was making a speech, not asking a question. Freedom of speech? He has it. He has alternative avenues to talk all he wants about his paranoia. He had none at that forum after he was told to leave. If you don't understand that then you don't understand your rights.
you ask in the video, why is every one looking this way, because they're looking at the soundbooth guy controlling the PA waiting for him to cut the microphone. This is no conspiracy to abuse this kid and violate his rights. He was no longer welcome in the theater, the ACCENT moderators were running the show, it's their show, and they are allowed to kick out a disruptive element. He already had broken the law when he caused the initial scene before even being allowed to ask a question.
" was MISUNDERSTOOD as a sign to physically remove the kid"
Nope, no misunderstanding, the other moderator told the officers he'd had enough and to get him out. This was not a public gov't forum where you can filibuster and say whatever you want, there were rules and decorum and a student code of conduct. It was not his forum to do what he did. Everyone else followed the rules, why is he an exception?
"My opinion is that someone ordered the mic to be cut" That's not an opinion, it's a fact. One of the event moderators ordered it cut because he used a vulgarity (against the rules) He also went on a full minute with out stopping to let Kerry address any of his questions, when was he going to let him? The event was OVER, he threw a fit like a little baby because he wasn't going to get to ask a question(disorderly conduct), then when given the opportunity, he throws it away by breaking the rules.
They weren't worried about the questions he was asking. Look up the transcript, and then google the answers to the questions. You will find that every single one of them were answered after the 2004 elections. So the questions were uncontroversial. Boring.
What they WERE concerned about was his continued violation of their conduct rules.
30 seconds. 1 question. No vulgarity. Polite. Moderated.
The rest of your post sounds like paranoid bullshit. You a twoofah?
Also the only person with the cops (by the way the lady cop is wearing an ear wire) ...once he signals so frantically (which one should never do because that can alert the target) The lady (actor/student) looks away just before the last signal from security (actor). At what point in time is a person that close to filming a politician only focuses on the student??? Plus in the extended version of this footage he repeats "they're going to try to kill me" and he doesn't have any ID on him???
that the person he was signaling was beside the person filming. Notice that there are camera crews set up along the walls filming and there's only one person with a handheld camera (another actor posing as a student). Who happens to be standing alongside of the police/security placed there for kerry's protection. All the students are seated...and in the extended version of this vid released only 3 people or so came to his "rescue". Hollywood...aint it something. Peace and WAKE UP people.
You're an idiot if you think this was all set up THExDEFIANTxONE. The female, to our left of the Police & the two ACCENT Members, is Clarissa Jessup & she's filming Meyer with his own camera.
You conspirafuckstains get more pathetic every damn day.
This is so overated...you only seen what they allow you to see. Don't you think that something as serious as creating a "riot" as one of the actors/officers said in the extended version of this tape...wouldn't let the footage leak. Yout analysis of video is correct....but noticed how they start to let him get alittle bit of the information out before they signal each other...the guy that steps back realizes that his in the frame of the camera...which leaves me to believe...
fishmonger apparently lacks basic critical thinking skills. Meyer was ejected for breaking forum rules & arrested for refusing to leave & then resisting officers, among other charges.
And this argument was over 2 years ago when he made a plea deal. I am not debating, I am informing.
Yes, I am aware. That's what they had to say to find something to stick. Because originally, (there is a video on YouTube showing this) the cops told him he was being arrested for inciting a riot. Riiiiight.
Your mother said you kiss good. Maybe you should re-read the stupid shit you say before being so sure who is the most uneducated fucktard on youtube you queen.
No, wasting my time educating a brainless right-wing Nazi who used two incomplete sentences, the word gonna, and confuses a salute for a slogan, is why youre a Nazi. You secretly love Jew kikes like you mother does. Youre a fascist and dont even know it. Your white trash!
I'm not against Kerry. I know I wouldn't have done any better. I was just surprised that he wasn't in full control of the room.
My late spouse's ID was as a peace officer though the motto of the force is "Uphold the law." Maybe the subtle difference affects the attitude and differs from country to country?
Kerry may have wanted to control it, even if he had ordered them to stop, he had no authority. It was ACCENT's ( the forum organizers) decision to eject him. And once he refused to leave on his own, he was in the realm of law enforcement.
As you may have guessed from my name, I lived in France some time ago. ALL of the French police are federal police. They are very polite, but there is no question. They are in charge. If you cross them, they will use overwhelming force.
(oops, so sorry. I accidentally clicked on the 'thumb down' instead of 'reply')
I get your point, but I disagree. It called for mastery of the situation, but Kerry didn't step up to the plate. Someone like Clinton for instance, would have used humour and answered the question while putting him in his place.
This whole incident has me asking though, are they law enforcement officers or peace officers?
Well, imho, this video show's Kerry's weakness and lack of leadership, of not being able to take command. Some handler in the audience clearly called the shots and Kerry let them carry on. He surely cannot be proud of this display.
Nousides aka Humanshot aka Humanshot1 aka Humanshot2 etc etc Ccr5 Rasnixful IlSeFousDeTaGuele etc ETC lmao..is all the same troll boy. I have the list of his known troll accounts on my channel and SOME of the video he pulls his **** on. Google the accounts and see how "they" all turn up "together" all the time. He's just some nutter who spends ALLL day on youtube pretending to be different people and censoring everyone he/"they" disagrees with.

Apparently anyone who actually has a clue is a troll...
The forum organizers had every right to throw out Meyer. When he refused to leave, he was trespassing, and the police had the right to remove him. He resisted and broke several more serious laws including a felony. They subdued him and he later pleaded guilty to lesser charges in a plea deal the ACLU recommended he take.
He COULD file a civil rights case, if he though his rights had been violated. He won't, because they weren't.
No one who matters. Just a bunch of malcontents and unemployed potheads. Worthless people who troll to give their lives some purpose & prevent them killing themselves.
well i think that you might be on to something however i agree he was a bit over the top and out of line. on the same note it didnt look like the police sadi anything to him they just grabbed him from behind and to be honest my reaction wouldve been similar in the fact that i was suprised someone was grabbing me and i didnt know who. he fucked up by not letting them take him out and and then bitching later to the aclu. i smoke pot and approve this message
You are largely correct, but the rest of the story is that he had already been ejected once, and allowed to stay with a warning that any more conduct violations would result in his removal, which is why the cops were standing right there.
Meyer knew that he COULD be removed for his behavior & knew the cops were right there. I don't think he actually believed they would do it. He called their bluff, and learned the hard way they weren't bluffing.
i didnt know he was ejected already. i wouldve had him removed with an officer his size. as sexist as it may sound that woman is not big enough to grab a guy that size and not get thrown around a bit. shoulda got some bigger guys or gals to wrastle him to the ground quicker XD
The wiki isn't reliable as you know, but it has a lot of this story and can help you find the rest. And they had an officer big enough to carry him out. But the problem was that there were 2 stairways on the way out. It would have been risky for Meyer and he officers to try to carry him struggling down the stairs.
And legally, there was no reason for them to do so. Florida law allows the use of a taser on an actively resisting subject.
She is only there to play there role of mother. She tells the abused to calm down because men listen to their mothers and rebel against their fathers. That is why in this police state, there are more women on the force.
Proving women have no place in the police or military of any competent structure. Hate it that the truth hurts your humanistic sensibilities. Reality is such a bitch. There would be many alive today that died because we try to create an altered reality for the sake of making you feel better. Shame on those whose feelings are more considered then the lives it cost to cater to your disillusion.
funny that humanshot cant handle the fact that a lot of people disagree with tasering a person who poses no threat
funny that humanshot thinks his opinion of the situation is so worth fighting for that he would make a dozen sock accounts here on youtube just to harass people who dont think the same way
hes a dictionary definition bigot, a youtube TROLL
Funny that people still post bullshit about this video when it is so obvious.
When you attend a forum, you agree to their rules whether you want to or not. When you break their rules, they can throw you out. In the middle of a syllable if they like. Refusing to leave IS your option, and they may ask the police to remove you if you do. Reist the police, and get some lessons in legal force.
The ACLU refused to help him with a civil rights case, because his rights were not violated.
Lol...I just googled...IlSeFousDeTaGuele... since I just figured out I could and found this video. Yep. He's one guy with forty million accounts.ccr5cxcr4 , Humanshot Humanshot1 Humanshot2 Humanshot3 TravianCollege etc etc are a couple of them I have the list of the ones I know about on my channel. If you google them you can see where "they" always turn up "together" and go on spamming campaigns. He's a doctor AND a medical student AND and aviation expert AND an international playboy, lmao
you are so idiots all of you!!!!they would make so mutch noise for a few questions more???Are you that STUPID???the few more question werent the reason of the arrestment and if you watch the video they dont even give a fuck for what he says...
Yes, they told them to turn off the mic because Meyer said "blowjob" which was the last straw. He had been repeatedly warned, and they told him to leave.
He decided to freak out and resist, and that is what got him arrested & convicted. Almost got him expelled from school, and cost his parent's a cool quarter million to keep him out of jail.
Yes. He was telling one of the other ACCENT members to cut the mic after Meyer CHOSE to break ALL of the forum rules. If you haven't seen it yet watch the video tltled WUFT Video Andrew Meyer. It starts just after the Q&A had been announced to be. Meyer threw a fit because he wasn't going to get to ask a question, started yelling at Kerry & pushing his way to the mic. He was confronted by ACCENT & Police & ORDERED to leave & he refused. That's Disturbing the Peace &, under Fl law,..cont..)
rTAG cont..).. Trespassing. He was being removed by Police when Kerry asked that he be allowed to ask a question. Police & ACCENT choosing to honor that request did NOT mean that he was immune from forum rules & it did NOT mean that the Police were to forget his earlier, ILLEGAL, actions. Prior to speaking he was told by Police that they would need to talk to him after his question & he was reminded about the forum rules. Those rules were:ONE question per person(he asked 5+), ..cont..)
tRAG (sorry I got that wrong in the last one) cont..) 30 seconds to preface it(he rambled on for a minute & a half before they finaly cut the mic) & everyone was told that ANY use of obscenities would result in their cutting the mic. Meyer CHOSE to break ALL of those rules & that is why ACCENT Director Max Tyroler chose to exercise his right to enforce those rules & gave the signal to cut the mic. The Police were then escorting him out, NOT arresting him. Not until his illegal actions..cont..)
tRAG cont..).. warrented it. He violently resisted that lawful removal & tried to get others to interfere with the Police. That's Resisting an Officer with Violence & Inciting a Riot & THAT is why he was arrested.
It is real simple people. You have no right to ignore forum rules. They have the consitututional right to throw you out if you do. It is no violation of your FOS to do so because vulgar & disruptive speech are not protected under the 1st amendment at forums (see Bethel & Tinker supreme court cases).
No violation of Meyer's rights whatsoever. Our foreign visitors need to spend more time learning about our form of constitutional law before commenting.
UF student code applies: He ignored the student code, which gives the university the right to remove him. 1 question: He asked 6 without pausing for answers. All questions moderated: He ignored the moderators. 30 seconds to pose the question: over two minutes. And so on.
People can sneer at the rules & say "those rules are stupid." Whatever, they are the rules. Don't follow them, and you can ask Mr. Meyer about the consequences.
The fact is the forum organizers had the right to throw anyone out for breaking their rules. The same way a theatre owner can toss you out for being disruptive during a play. Or I can toss you out of my house.
You really have to be a retard not to get it.
The police did their jobs, enforcing the law. And the greatest evidence it was all done correctly? Meyer was convicted, and no civil rights case ever filed.
They upheld the law and the constitution. Good job all the way around.
People tend to ignore that every other person there has rights too. And ACCENT as the organizers & representatives of the university have rights specifically addressed by the supreme court. They can throw anyone out breaking their rules.
Meyer chose to ignore their rules, despite repeated warnings. So they threw him out. Perfectly legal & constitutional. The police just made him leave
Meyer agreed to the rules of the forum when he attended. Then he proceded to start breaking them, violating the rights of the forum organizers & every attendee.
The organizers enforced their right to throw him out for breaking their rules. Meyer refused to leave. The police did their duty to enforce the law. Meyer resisted them. They used drive stun to encourage his cooperation, as was their right & according to the law & FDLE policy.
Uh. Roflol. "ignorance and total lack of intelligence" You qualify.
Let me enlighten you. Trespassing laws are "real laws." And Bethel & Tinker are real Supreme Court rulings stating that forum organizers don't have to tolerate vulgar or disruptive people.
In other words, you come to my forum, ignore my rules, and I can throw you the fuck out. And that is absolutely NO violation of your rights.
Refuse to leave, and you are trespassing. Meet Mr. Officer who will remove you.
Here is reality for other douchebags like gunther.
Freedom of speech is not unlimited. It is especially not unlimited when you are attending my forum. I have a constitutional right to establish rules of order & enforce them so the forum is productive, peaceful & safe.
If you don't follow my rules, I can throw you out. Mid syllable if I want. And it is no violation of your rights. If you refuse to leave, you are breaking several laws, and our kind officers will help you find the door.
And the Supreme Court has ruled that we don't have to tolerate vulgar, disruptive people at our forums. Too bad so sad for your theory.
"supercede" No one's rights supersede others. Which is why the first person to violate the rights of another "loses." In this case, Meyer violated the rights of the organizers & every other attendee. So he lost his right to be present.
He was welcome to keep talking, all the way out the door (and he did).
I would say that Meyer received a valuable bit of education. Break the forum rules > get thrown out. Refuse to leave > get forced to leave. Resist the police > get overwhelmed. Plead guilty to 2 misdemeanors to avoid felonly convictions & expulsion from school > learn to act like an adult.
Had he simply respected the rules of the forum & left when asked like an adult, none of this would have happened.
He was ejected by ACCENT (the forum organizers) for repeatedly violating their rules.
When he refused to leave, he was in violation of several laws. The police attempted to simply escort him out & send him on his way, but he was having none of that. At that point they placed him under arrest & he continued resisting >> taser.
"no idea why he was being arrested" He was ejected by ACCENT (the forum organizers) for repeatedly violating their rules.

When will americans wake up and realise they are all living in a matrix called "freedom". Not even their phonecalls or emails are free from being monitored anymore.
The only terrorists in the US are the ones running the country...they are the ones spreading the fear that cripples you! They are taking away your freedom. They are even listening to your personal phonecalls and reading your emails LEGALLY.
Meyer has EVERY right to come here to Youtube and say anything he likes. He can have his OWN forum, and ask any questions he likes. He can act like an ape and smear himself in poo for all I care. Hell, as long as he doesn't drive or operate machinery, he can smoke himself loopy, take LSD, speed & molest goats if he wants on his own property, his own time.
Poor old Gunthie just cannot come to terms with the fact that Meyer isn't the only person at the forum who has rights.
"rules on private property" Property rights are constitutional too, ignorant douchebag.
"The Founding fathers rolling in their graves" Yeah you are wrong about that too.
"the intention of the meeting" The intention of the meeting, douchebag, is an orderly exchange of questions and answers.
Which is why our founding fathers were wise enough to establish property rights in addition to speech rights. On my property you only have free speech rights so long as you respect my rules
Uh.
It is really simple unless you are a complete moron.
Respect the forum rules, or be thrown out. If you show up on my property and violate my rules, I don't have to tolerate your presence. You are welcome to be vulgar & disruptive at your OWN forum, but not at mine.
"Why not simply go live in Saudi Arabia?" Good God why did we ever allow stupid people on the internet.

I'd have tased the moron.

kinamod2k 4 weeks ago 2
@kinamod2k You have no idea how deep this goes. In the early 1970s James & Kenneth Collier wanted to see how far they could get in the election process without gobs of money, along the way they uncovered incontrovertible evidence of massive vote fraud occurring in Florida & in what became a 25 year investigation, fixing of results going on all across the union, catching some of it on film & extensively documented in their now very hard to find book "Votescam, The Stealing of America"
bevewyvewyquiet 6 days ago
@kinamod2k James made a number of appearances on radio talk shows (one of which I heard in the Detroit area) & did several videos, gaining attention for their book, until 1997, when they were within weeks of a court date with Janet Reno, who as asst. It also is not unreasonable to taze him for failure to comply with the request to leave.

signaled to cut the microphone off and to remove him from the mic.

IlSeFousDeTaGuele 2 years ago
(oops, so sorry. I accidentally clicked on the 'thumb down' instead of 'reply')
I get your point, but I disagree. It called for mastery of the situation, but Kerry didn't step up to the plate. Someone like Clinton for instance, would have used humour and answered the question while putting him in his place.
This whole incident has me asking though, are they law enforcement officers or peace officers?
acpren 2 years ago
Well, imho, this video show's Kerry's weakness and lack of leadership, of not being able to take command. Some handler in the audience clearly called the shots and Kerry let them carry on. He surely cannot be proud of this display.

HumanShot 2 years ago
i didnt know he was ejected already. i wouldve had him removed with an officer his size. as sexist as it may sound that woman is not big enough to grab a guy that size and not get thrown around a bit. shoulda got some bigger guys or gals to wrastle him to the ground quicker XD

Better to subdue him, then walk him out.

Meyer CHOSE to break ALL of those rules & that is why ACCENT Director Max Tyroler chose to exercise his right to enforce those rules & gave the signal to cut the mic. The Police were then escorting him out, NOT arresting him. Not until his illegal actions..cont..)

What rules did Meyer break?
UF student code applies: He ignored the student code, which gives the university the right to remove him. 1 question: He asked 6 without pausing for answers. All questions moderated: He ignored the moderators. 30 seconds to pose the question: over two minutes. And so on.
People can sneer at the rules & say "those rules are stupid." Whatever, they are the rules. Don't follow them, and you can ask Mr. Meyer about the consequences.
HumanShot 2 years ago

The fact is the forum organizers had the right to throw anyone out for breaking their rules. The same way a theatre owner can toss you out for being disruptive during a play. Or I can toss you out of my house.
You really have to be a retard not to get it.
The police did their jobs, enforcing the law. And the greatest evidence it was all done correctly? Meyer was convicted, and no civil rights case ever filed.
HumanShot 2 years ago

What excuses for the cops?

And you can bet he won't forget these lessons.
