Dunno why, but for some reason I find some of Greg's funniest quotes to be along the lines of "Bad call, home slice" (1:55) and "American sitcom, home-boy" (3:30)

greg proops is either flamboyant and too over the top or really sarcastic which is the lowest form of wit.hear his sarcastic laughs at the beginning? hes not funny. wanker!
@ squishy: Yeah you're absolutely right. Greg was overshadowed by Ryan and Colin in the U.S. version. But I would've definitely liked to see Greg's sarcastic routines over Wayne. Perhaps the network hounds thought the general public wouldn't be able to keep up with his fast talking and quick-witted quips? lol.
haha i love greg's laugh... and the whole jelly / jell-o scene was hilarious... greg outsmarted clive into thinking that jell-o is the same as jelly... i appreciate greg more after watching this...
I haven't seen much of the UK version, but it seems like Greg was a lot more involved than he was (or was allowed to be) in the US version. Kinda makes me want to hunt down the UK seasons.

wow clive's a loser, what an arrogant english patronizing snob, when in reality he is as classless as he is humorless, yet he thinks it equals sophistication, comedy...
I love Greg. As one of the first American performers on the UK Whose Line , he and people like Mike McShane brought a new energy to the show that made it so much better that helped make the UK show at it's peak the best ever version. (And like Mike, Greg always seemed more at home in the UK than on the US show.)
Greg's verbal joustings with Clive Anderson are an all-time classic too. Thanks for sharing.
@TheRealVordox i think another thing might be that on this show he was younger, where as on the us version there is a blooper where he says, im 42 and im wearing a f****** fish head.
They filmed some episodes in America in the early 90s because they where trying to sell the show to America. The American networks did not want it then. But some years later Ryan (with Drew's help) sold the show to a diffrent network.
Ok, Clive Anderson is hosting and I always felt this was the British version cause it was on the BBC, but was it filmed in the states? Listen to the conversation around the 2 minute mark. Please help if anyone knows! Thanks!
@GarrardProductions well the first original series was filmed in the uk and then it moved to the states w/ clive and then it was revamped with drew, if i'm not mistaken.
c'mon you whose line Virgins!!!!!!! this is hilarious even more so when your watching on the TV! i love early greg, with his buddy holly looks! and clives pretty good too! colin still has that great stage presense(even though we didn't see much of it!)
