  • Also, I think it's important to point out that meditation is more a state of being and less a practice. This is easy to confuse, because many people I know think of meditation is something that you DO. It's not. Yes, meditation practices are things you do, but they are not to be confused with meditation itself (i.e., aware w/o discursive thought).

    Of course, if the neurotech tools can help one attain to meditativeness in shorter time, then that's great.. it's great for everyone :)

  • This is great stuff. Huge progress being made here by merging neurotechnology and eastern meditative practices to bring about and make more accessible the state of being which is called meditation.
