It is "Te Dejo Madrid" (English: I leave you Madrid) - a song written by Colombian singer Shakira describing her love for the city of Madrid, the capital of Spain. The music video for it featured the singer as a bullfighter. It was featured on her English breakthrough album Laundry Service. Although it was released as a single in a lot of European countries in 2001, it wasn't released in the United States.
