Seems like a really cool idea, unfortunately I think controlling the game and multitasking will be slower, Moving your entire hand or saying a phrase is unfortunately much slower than a quick single key press for the most of us.

I bet there are a bunch of quirks to work out, current voice recognition technology is awkward at best, but It does look fun playing that way, though.
