This is of course wrong as well, it will "always work" if your a total retard when it comes to computers, if you don't know what to install on your windows machine to make it function correctly then yeah things go wrong, you don't have to install much on a mac, its basicly simplified and therefore does really well with old people and technologically challenged people, like most self proclaimed designers, Mac is a choice, definitely and its the better choice if your bad with pc's

As you clearly buy its partially for the design and of course because you think there isn't any viruses, which is wrong, or that it doesn't crash which is wrong, iOS generally handles overloads by halting all process and then working its way out where as Windows/Linxus (if you don't have the propper kernels etc) will crash after taking on to much workload, this isn't a easy fix its just the way open systems (anything will work) work. The simple fact is iOS is assumed to always work

Macs are not overpriced by any stretch of imagination. If you try to assemble a PC with a quad core Intel Xeon processor, fully buffered memory and DDR3 RAM, you will pay more building it by yourself than paying it to Apple. And your build will be still lousy in comparison with Apple.

It is simply the most used OS, you might find some studio's with the Apple cinema displays due to the high quality of the screen and the built in slots for things like sd cards, but mostly company try to cut costs and buy some hardware in bulk, assemble it and go to work, instead of gloating over their hideously overpriced piece of hardware that has about 50% of the performance of a windows/linux machine for the same price.
