First of all, YES you have to flash your Xbox 360 or the games will not work!

2nd the site is free! it has megaupload links on there, some of them don`t work but you just have to try.

yes it is free all you do is find what game you want copy the link and then go to that site and start the download. and most of the links are on Megaupload which is free...
