I think she was guarding her territory there, like she did when she first met Sara and told her Catherine Willows was in the field. She felt threatened and lashed out before she thought about who she was really angry with, and it wasn't Sofia.
Yeah, she totally jumped on Sofia for no reason at all. I love Catherine too, but she was being just a bit to "Catty" there. I mean where were the claws?
