A great match of the ages would be Sting vs the Undertaker. Think about it, there isn't much different about them. They are both big stars and I think that should happen. I want to see a war between WWE and TNA. This won't happen now because TNA isn't big but even if it does, taking on the WWE would be very tough as it would be 5 times as large as TNA.

I agree that TNA is trying to be like WWE in many ways. TNA was at it's strongest during the beginning of their TV deal. They were fresh and new, a great alternative to the humdrum of WWE stories. I have faith in TNA (I'm hopeful they can, at least, run toe to toe with WWE), but they need to have an edge that separates them from what's out there now. While WWE is profitable, there is a SLEW of fans who are looking for something new; and TNA needs to capitalize on that.

I remember Sting before the black gear and full face paint. When he just wore paint across the forehead and eyes, curling down his cheeks. Even then he suited the role of a kind of fair play character. He came out and stopped beat downs, even when they were against his 'foes'. In this situation he could return to that. But, I think it will come down to who they do a beat down on. If it were Foley for example, I reckon Sting would defend Foley. But there are others - he does respect AJ too.

Its interesting that Kurt is the 'voice' of the MEM yet has the least experience in the industry. Just saw Earnest "The Cat" Miller yesterday here in Atlanta. Hadn't seen him since WCW, and quickly with WWE. My comment to him, "Man, you need to be a part of TNA." He was a great wrestler/showman back in the day. Anyone remembers the red shoes and James Brown moment?  Great to see all these guys in action. WWE needs some healthy competition anyway. It's good for both franchises. It makes for great storylines.
