i used to love the 80's nike. they were sleaker and neater and made with more quality. now days it seems all there shoes are made with cheap vinyl. they need to start using more quality in there shoes, especially for the price they charge.
i bought a great pair of full grain leather nike's back in 1992 and they lasted 7 years. they were awesome.
i tried to find another pair, but by that time, they no longer made them. all they had by that time were these bulky shoes that were mostly viny.
do you know what nikes michael j. fox wore in "back to the future"? those white with red stripe ones? i always like them.

@LadyScorpio39 I definitely agree, the materials were much better as was the shape of the shoes themselves. Today its really hit or miss.
