If it's life threatening then sure do what you need to do but plastic surgery is used to make ungrateful people feel more socially accepted by people who couldn't give a shit about what you look like. Plastic surgery is very over done and usually not the solution. If you are insecure about your body, the solution is mental acceptance. Even if you change the way your body looks, your mind will not be changed and it will find a new portion of your body to hate. Fix the problem. Don't just cure the symptom.
