Dick Dastardly is not the only one that cheats,the other racers use questionable tactics as well. I think he gets a bad rap.

@MrBillydoo Oddly enough, there don't seem to be any rules against any of the tactics that Dick Dastardly uses (or those that anyone else uses for that matter), else he would have been quickly disqualified every race (he was only disqualified once), so technically it isn't cheating.

I think that DD just likes to refer to his own tactics as cheating, and as a result so does everyone else. Also, he does use dirty tactics far more often than anyone else.
