Stay off drugs, lift weights. Just like anything else. There's not a lot of specialized exercises specific for it. But work the cardio, lot, build up your core strength, keep off of fatty foods. I bike and do a lot of rowing and running. Build up your neck and chest. Squats. Like I said, the basics. Get ready to work out in heavy clothes and SCBA, busting through walls, hustling (boxing would be good exercise), dragging 200 lbs of dead weight through confined spaces.
