100 years old culture keeping 1000 years old, 3000 years old culture keeping does not mean, you are a monkey. :DDDDDD and you don't wanna live in tower building... cuz you choose a smaller city, village, or even the smallest village. Seriously.... I go to the jungle with 50 people doesn't mean after 10 years we're monkies. :D
last year, 6 weeks, far too short!! I love Slim Dusty,-(Rainbow over the rock is just great) Lee Carnaghan, but I don't know many of those fine singers!I will come back to your page!! It is a pleasant listening!!!
The Australian Bush Ballad is still thriving and doing well in Oz and there are a number of musters where folk gather for up to a week to enjoy camping together and listening to the good old ballads. Thought I'd I'd pen a few words around it.
Thanks for sharing it with us and if you'd like to comment or rate it that would be nice.

Good on ya Mate! -- keep the ballads alive --
Country music in Autralia is now being choked by "Country Rock" and something called "Country Rap"!
Traditional country music is based around the ballad - story songs -
The invasion gathered momentum after Slim died..
It used to be music for the people - now it's just for the money...
